Nayana, with degree is in Journalism and Creative Writing, has published four books, both fiction and non fiction. Tarik, whose first degree was in Fine Arts from Pratt Institute, is also a successful sculptor. He brings his understanding of form and structure to create kinetic sculptures in stone and metal. Their company’s work has been published in magazines and newspapers around the world, and has received many design awards and distinctions.

Randy Ralston is a sales manager at the Fortune 100 company for the last 25+ years and is an Adjunct Professor teaching business strategy at two Twin Cities universities. Randy’s belief is that the success of a large business is in many ways compatible with the success of smaller businesses.  Success for larger companies comes from helping smaller customers to save money, improve productivity, and ultimately improve profit and value that makes both companies successful.
