Gary and Lori Parker have been delighting hundreds of WineSellar Wine Club members since 1984 with personally-selected, hard-to-find domestic, international wines and wine tasting trips around the world.  What makes it exciting is that aside from the wine club they own a award winning restaurant The WineSellar & Brasserie located in the heart of San Diego as well as a wine shop, winner of the Wine Spectator Grand Award of Excellence and a wine storage facility which is the anchor of their business.

Tim Gosselin who came on Episode 32, comes back again this time to interview me on his You Tube based podcast.  I decided to simulcast it here for our Small Business Horsepower listeners to learn more about the host.  Also, it's a great two way conversation in which we probe each other for answers and solutions facing Small Business Owners and the long travelled road to success.  

Ronnie acquired his B-1 General Contracting License in 1985, and started framing tract homes and apartment projects until 1990.  From 1990-1995 Ronnie starting developing his own projects until the construction and building market crashed.  Ronnie went back to framing and then graduated to general contractor in 2003 working with both residential and commercial properties.  Today he continues  to work as a general contractor not only in his own state of California but also in Texas and other states thru his well established  referral network.                                                                                                                                                                           

Tim represents property owners and occupants throughout San Diego County. He has been a native to San Diego County since 1989. He has over 16 years of experience and has represented over 400 building owners or occupants in finalized sale and lease transactions. He was promoted to Principal due to his experience and client results. He has a strong market presence in Central San Diego and is a recognized resource consultant for many property owners, occupants, and real estate professionals with requirements or clients. He also has a strength in digital marketing due to his previous career in the IT Industry and is uniquely able to utilize the internet to maximize property exposure. 

Rent The Chicken was founded by Phil and Jenn Tompkins of Freeport Pennsylvania in 2013.  Their objective is to help people have just one food source closer to their table.  We call this concept “Yard to Table”.  Each location is a family run affiliate helping families to bring one simple food source closer to their table one rental at a time. Rent The Chicken provides two to four egg laying hens, a coop, food dish, water dish, and food for a five-six month rental.  Also provided is a copy of the book Fresh Eggs Daily by Lisa Steele (USA) or Happy Hens Fresh Eggs by Signe Langford (Canada).  At any time, the customer can adopt the chickens or chicken out and return the chickens back to the homestead.

Genesis Amaris Kemp is a Visionary Life coach, Motivational Speaker, and Author. A Firecracker and “Mindset Hacker” a force to be reckoned with. Cliff Duvernois is the founder of MotionSplash Solutions and the host of the “Entrepreneurs on Podcasting” show. I’ve always loved podcasting.
